What is a PIN code and why do I need one?
Library PIN codes are unique passwords that allow you to access your library account to check on due dates, renew books, as well as access databases from off-campus.
*UPDATE!* July 2011 - You can now access your library information and reach the databases from off-campus using your campus Windows account username and password! (the same information you use to log on to campus computers and/or Blackboard.) For those of you who prefer the ID/PIN log on, you can still use it.
Go to this page: http://www.consuls.org/patroninfo
Windows method (left): enter you username and password and select WCSU from the drop-down list.
PIN method (right): Enter your student ID (starts with 50.....) and PIN and click submit. If you don't yet have a PIN, skip the PIN box and click submit. You will then set your PIN yourself, and it can be anything you want it to be.
