How do I access a movie on reserve?

My professor has a collection of movies on reserve at the Haas Library. I need to watch one by Monday. Am I able to take it out of the library, or is there a place to watch it inside?

Answer

All reserve items are housed at the circulation desks at Haas and Young Libraries. Depending on how the book has been entered into the reserve collection, it may be able to be checked out for a short period of time. The Student Assistants at the circulation desk will be able to tell you whether the book can be removed from the library.

If the film cannot be removed from the library, there are viewing rooms on the second floor of Haas Library where you can sit and watch. Viewing rooms can accommodate 7-10 people comfortably.

Remember to bring your ID to the circulation desk to check out the movie and the viewing room, which will be locked.
